Quality Policy

The founders and team of Sunflower Labs, including all our offices around the world, are committed to ensuring the highest level of Quality Management, by continuously improving our product, customer service, human resources management and company operations, as well as our relationships with suppliers and the standards we apply to them.
Recognizing, understanding, and continuously evaluating the needs of our customers and trying to improve customer satisfaction by bringing innovative products and services is our primary objective.
Our approach to people management focuses on ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for each employee. We provide everyone with the skills and knowledge necessary to continuously improve our products and services.
Company management is committed to providing the resources and training required to ensure and enhance efficiency of our Quality Management System. The respective Quality Objectives will be set, regularly monitored as part of the Management Review meetings, and communicated to everyone in the organization.
In order to achieve these goals, we are running our company based on the principles of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 revision D.
Each team member will be made aware of the importance and contents of this Quality Policy and be encouraged to contribute to its successful implementation.
